We spent five months renovating our Forest House Residence at Hirschkopf 4 during the lockdown:
Now, throughout the residence, there are new wood-effect floors. Everything has been freshly painted.
There are wonderful new modern country-style kitchens on each floor.
It's fair to say it's been completely refurbished. Our Panoramic Suites are not just apartments - they are meant to be a comfortable place to live.

Distinctive living atmospheres. The apartments have character due to the panoramic views. Bold colour accents and plenty of natural light. Beautiful yet functional. It feels good.

The special feature of the Residence is the Wellness Suites with 2 or 3 separate bedrooms.
As the Residence Suite accommodates up to 7 people, it's very lively outside on the terrace or balcony from spring to autumn: Families particularly appreciate the spacious balconies/terraces with room to sit together. Additionally, "broad views" in many ways - that's the motto here: The Residence is situated on a steep slope - hence the view is spectacular. Brand new, exclusive to each Wellness Suite is a Private Infrared Sauna.

Just a few steps from the house, the most beautiful hiking trails begin. That's why the Residence is also very popular among dog owners.
